1General Terms & Eligibility

90jll is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between 90jll and all registered members of the platform. 90jll reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified via email or in-app notification before any changes take effect.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with 90jll, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must register using your real name, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If the information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, 90jll reserves the right to close the account at any time.

Under 90jll's Terms & Conditions, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID or passport as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This verification is mandatory when withdrawal amounts exceed a specified threshold.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

90jll currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All terms and conditions related to financial transactions are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 300. Maximum deposit limit is BDT 50,000 per day.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes.
• The same mobile banking number registered to your account must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, 90jll may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.
• There are no hidden charges on transactions. However, your mobile banking operator's own fees may apply.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

90jll regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Every bonus comes with its own wagering requirements. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. Any attempt to claim it using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• To receive the referral bonus, the referred friend must successfully register and make a deposit.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled and will not be refunded.
• 90jll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All game outcomes on 90jll are determined by an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Under our Terms & Conditions, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using any bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Intentionally exploiting game glitches or bugs.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in the same game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

If any of the above violations are confirmed, 90jll will immediately close the account and may forfeit the associated balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

6Responsible Gaming

• Each player can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limit at any time.

7Account Suspension & Closure

90jll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• If suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Harassment of other players or staff members.

If you wish to dispute an account closure, submit an appeal to our support team within 30 days. After review, 90jll will take the appropriate action.

9Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over a transaction or game outcome, please contact our customer support first. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, 90jll's designated mediation process will apply. In all disputes, 90jll's system logs shall serve as the final evidence.
